Returns and Exchanging goods with One Track Mind

Our store policy is to give in-store credit or swap an item for a change of mind purchase.

If the item has manufacturing faults or faulty workmanship and you would like to have it assesed for a warranty claim we will process this with the supplier upon receiving the goods back from you with original purchase receipt.

Goods must be authorised before sending them back, please contact the store on 02 9906 1645 for authorisation.

Products bought internationally are subject to a processing fee. We suggest taking the goods back to the store you purchased them from as first option.

Returns will only be accepted if...

  • Returns, Exchanges and Warranty Claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase, original receipt preferred
  • Products being returned must be in original packaging with all tags, labels, components, parts, items etc...
  • Products are returned to us at buyers expense, including shipping, insurance and postage costs.
